Close Fibromyalgia
diagnoised in September 2007, have flare ups about every 3 to 4 months, which can last from 2 weeks to 4 weeks or longer, suffer with most symptoms, fuzzy brain, tired all the time, very tender joints, terrible sleep patterns. Trying to manage without medication, take anti inflamatory tablets when needed. Try to keep fit, as I found exercise really does help, even when exhausted.
