wooooow we have soooo may things in common. my music is the violin and piano and i am a hugely enthusiastic about medicine.. I promise on the tomb of my ancestors that i will be a doctor, but not in the navy corps.I d love to be a consultant in a hospital here in davao city. about arts...Im a wonderful writer.. i love literature and arts but has no gift in drawing..hehehe hope to hear from you soon..=D

Treatments
- Music Somewhat Helpful
- Depending on what mood I want to have or that I'm in. It works okay. Gotta find the right song.
- Positive Thinking Not Working
- Failed. For me a small part says yea think positive! The other is negative talk. It takes too much work to get the positive thoughts to work and last.
- Writing Working / Worked
- It definitely helps me get a load off my mind. I just don't do it all the time. Though i should.
- Running Somewhat Helpful
- It helps me think of my problems and exert my anger towards the floor. Also gives me a feeling of running away freedom.
