Keep up the good work!!! Don't let anyone bring you down, you will be able to over come it. I had to get rid of my so called friends after 27 years in order to lick this nasty addiction and have found better people to hang out with. I am in your corner and I want to see you succeed it is bitter sweet as each month being clean goes by. I love life more than ever being clean and trust me you will be able to handle stress better when you lick this thing. It's true one day at a time and some how find a way to let things go. If you like to read go and pick up this book. "Change your mind and change your life too" it really puts things in perspective. Have a great day and God Bless....Patrick
