hey I saw your post try a reproductive endocronologist its a doctor, or obgyn unless you have a very good primary physician they wont help good luck and god bless!!
Hey girl, I was just diagnosed on August 3rd of this year (2009) with PCOS so I am new at this whole "disorder" but I have heard that if you take Metformin(SP?) that it's supposed to help you lose weight..I am just currently on birth control so I couldn't tell you from personal expierence but I can tell you that you will have achy ovaries as that is what I am finding out myself :(
Thank u for ur support. Amber I feel like u- confused and don't know which way to turn. My boyfriend and family have been very supportive but I don't think they know how it feels to have a diagnosis that u just cant take meds. for and it disappears. I keep having people telling me to just don't worry about it , it would be ok etc... but u never know how it would be-but I just keep hoping and praying!
