Saturday, November 7, 2009 | A General Update story

Feeling pretty good.

Was hot here on Saturday and nothing happened which was great. 

 

I remembered that when I woke from a dream I had about 2 minutes of irregular heart beats but that rectified itself. Sometimes it is hard to establish if it has been going all night if it just started when I woke up.
