Could feel it when I woke up.
Stayed with me until about 1PM.
A few blips here and there after that throughout the rest of the day.
I think it was probably a combination of eating poorly, drinking too much and being pretty tired after a long weekend.
Feeling much better this morning.

Hi dangergoinoff, Glad to hear you are feeling better. This may not thrill you, but I had to give up alcohol altogether some 15 years ago when I landed in hospital a few times after only 2 or 3 glasses of red or white wine. I found it quite difficult as friends were always trying to get me to have a glass! I found ginger beer which I love after drinking gallons of it in Srilanka. I can tolerate lemon, lime and bitters. Now i can't tolerate coffee without it making me vulnerable to high heart rates, particularly if something unusual happens - mobile phone going off while driving. I am 66 so I guess my heart has decided what I can or can't do! This is boring news but worth a thought. it is hard when you are so young, you don't particularly wan't to be restricted just yet. Best wishes, Ruth CR
