  I just wanted to say that you are very very brave (PTSD has not won!) and whatever you do, I will be supporting you.
  
  Right now I'm not doing well myself. I'm having serious problems with my older son. It's literally breaking my heart. I don't know what to do.
  
  I'll write soon when I am more lucid. Just wanted you to know that I'm here for you as the day approaches.
