Dietitian Consult Working / Worked

I resented it initially, but it was actually incredibly helpful once I stopped screwing around with my meal plan and took it seriously.

Outpatient Treatment Program Working / Worked

This was quite comprehensive and really the only available option where I live. I was forced into it, but it was successful overall.

Psychotherapy Not Working

I've had several therapists who were utterly incompetent and I discontinued my consults with all of them.

Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful

I've actually been extremely secretive around my friends, but they have their intuitions and are supportive. My family are smothering and suspicious...
