Thanks for the post. I did try the website, but the only 3 that practice in GA. are not certified. So I am going to call the Dr today and get an appointment for him. Yes we can get him up for But it takes 45 minutes to get his feet on the floor. We shop for our food everyday, and buy nothing in a can. All natural. I just don't what else it could be. I do have a father out there that I've never met, so it could be something genetic. My #1 mom said he looks a lot like him. We know where he is, but he is refusing contact with us at this point, even medical history info. what an a..!

I totally understand what you're going through- CFS at such a young age. We should talk.

Good Morning. My oldest son has been showing signs of CF since he was little, but I really didn't know that children could get it. He's now 24 and he can sleep for days on end and not wake up. He's on Lexapro, but that doesn't seem to help. We've had him in counseling since 5th grade, but now that he's an adult He has to make those choices on his own. What kind of Dr. should he see? He works, but at lunch he falls asleep and if he didn't live with me he wouldn't make it back to work. Sat & Sun he doesn't wake up until 4-6 in the afternoon. Then lays on the couch. Any suggestions?

I keep thinking that at the least by next summer my goal is to be able to go boating and crabbing. I know the sking, sailing, and wakeboarding are out forever. The sailboat's gone and the big boat is still for sale. (we were planning on spending our summers on it in the Carribean until I got sick. Now the Dr.s get that share of the $)We're still planning on keeping the little 16 footer. You have to have hope-right?
