I am a 46 year old married Mother of a 16 year old boy and a 12 year old girl. I work as a one-to-one teacher's aide for a young man with autism. My husband and I are spiritualist, I have many hobbies.I enjoy all types of needlework and I love reading books. surfing the web, playng computer and video games, and my husband and I are both ghosthunters. My husband and I enjoy going to auctions and yard sales. And we love antiques and old structures.

Close Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
I have OCD and want to meet others who have this disorder and see if others share some of the same feelings I do.
Treatments
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- before my counselor moved away I was making a lot of progress usng CBT and I felt like I was dealing pretty well with my obsessive thoughts.
Open Physical & Emotional Abuse
I was emotionally abused by my parents. (still am) And was married to a man that emotionally and physically abused me for 14 years. I am now with a wonderful man and hope to show other women that there is a life outside of an abusive marriage and there are men out there that are not abusive!

- worked on a lot of needlework and crafts to take my mind of the abuse I was experiencing in my first marriage and also helps me through the emotional abuse I receive from my parents!

- I left my abusive husband after 14 years of abuse both emotional and physical.
