      Helps some, but when the weather is bad I hurt really bad.
      Heat Somewhat Helpful
      I am using a heating pad right before I go to sleep and upon waking. It helped some, but I only did it once so far.

      I have sleep apnea and have not been able to find an active support group for it yet.
