Close Bipolar Disorder

I am trying to establish healthy support to overcome times of depression cylce, and learn to manage this disease btter.

Treatments

Ativan Working / Worked

works but cause me to become very grumpy

Depakote Not Working

never noticed any effect

Lamictal Working / Worked

caused alot of tremors initailly, very expensive drug

Lithium Working / Worked

Used this for about five years. Initial fine tremors and stomach problems. Very good drug does not impair memory or the ability to focus like tegretol.

Seroquel Working / Worked

collasped airway while breathing causing an asthma attack, very dangerous.

Tegretol Working / Worked

seems to have been the best long term, but I think my dosage needs adjusted or I need to go back to Lithium. Casuses short term memory loss nad impairs the ability to focus.

Wellbutrin Working / Worked

ciggarette medicine,helped as an anti depressant.

Paxil Working / Worked

good anti depressant caused delayed ejaculation in intercourse can be good or bad depending how you view that issue. Intially causes severe drowsiness.

Lexapro Working / Worked

Worked fairly well with less sexual side effects as paxil.

Pamelor Working / Worked

good anti depressant with little sexual side effects and very affordable. Causes heartburn.

Trilafon Working / Worked

took it when I was a kid seemed to be effective with little side effects. Pupils were noticably dialated.
