  Dear Toni
  I travel to NYC, every other week by bus, and walk 20 blocks to MSKCC. Sometimes you have to do whatever is needed to help yourself. I was once told that we are our own best advocates in fighting this disease, so the decision is yours, as to what treatment you want for your particular situation. Lots of love and strength.
