I walked about 3/4 mile today on the bike path thru the park with my family. It was a beautiful fall day.

Walking outdoors is being found to be vastly superior than many other fitness activities. The coordination between the eyes and brain does incredible things for the entire body. Congrats on doing something wonderful for yourself and your family. Keep up the good work.
