Ok, what should be my next goal? Mood
Monday, September 14, 2009

I honestly don't see my self slipping anymore. I'm 32 days without a smoke and I think 27 without the nicotine gum. Now, it's just up to me to keep it that way. I've been in every situation that could have turned me around; stress, other smoker's, out drinking with my friends. I don't want to feel cocky, because I know one drag will ruin me, I have to remind myself of that everyday.

So, what is my next goal?  60 days? One year? Or should I have a goal to loose some weight, get six-pack abs? I know I can do anything if I put my mind to it, I just need to figure out what that is...

Good for you. I honestly believe its all about attitude and we can accomplish so much when our minds are focused and positive. I'm joining you in the weight loss thing- I gained 25 when I quit and just didnt have the motivation until now to lose it. But I know we can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay strong and happy.

I went shopping at a thrift store with my grandma last Friday. I found this shirt that was a woman's size 26. I tried it on & it swallowed me. I told Maw-maw that I was gonna buy the shirt cuz it gives me a new goal and everyone should have a goal. She laughed, but made me put the shirt back... I guess she wasn't impressed with my goal... haha!
You can put your mind to anything you want... I lack motivation. I'm working on that...

I'm starting the eat healthy thing. Cleaned out my fridge yesterday. The weight loss should follow.
Glad your are feeling good about your quit.

What do you think will make you feel the best? What's nagging at the back of your mind? For me it's been easy because I had a list as long as my arm of things I needed to change or work on. Let me know what you tackle next, maybe it's on my list and we can do it together and if not I can be a really ackward looking cheerleader! Good luck to you in whatever you decide. Take care.
