I've wanted to be a teacher since I was 10 & am finally going to college to pursue this dream. Marc is my boyfriend whom I love dearly. We live with my dad for now. We may be younger than people think we should be when in a serious relationship. But I bet we're smarter than people think we should be at our age. ;) Also living with us is my 12 y.o. brother. I practically raised him so we're very close. I have two cats as well. Oh and I'm the only one in my family with PKD.

Close Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD)
I was diagnosed with ADPKD on Holloween 2008 when I passed out at school after finishing taking Predinisone for poison sumac. I'm not severely affected by the PKD at this point, but was initially shocked (as no one in my family has been diagnosed with PKD before). I had never ever heard of PKD before my diagnosis.
