  Sorry that you and your mom are struggling. Just got back from my overnight shift. Mom coughed all night and all of our arsenal of stuff didn't help. Pretty much a sleepless night for us both.

  Thanks for thinking about us. Just spent the night with mom and I have come home for a couple of hours to feed my animals and shower. We are trying a new sleep aid for mom and last night we were still up about ten times..I have realized that the best money I am spending right now is for the overnight caregivers other than myself! This is such a slow process, as you know...

  It was nice to hear from you. Yes, we have Hospice, my brother and I (he lives with mom and I live next door) just got assessed by a caregiving organization. This weekend my cousin is staying over and this is the first two nights that I have been able to sleep in my own bed in awhile! Let's keep in touch.
