- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- It was good to talk about some things in my life that were stressing me out. And for a while it even help reduce the number of panic attacks I was having but in the end I didnt feel like we ever got to the root of the issues causing my anxiety. Towards the end I felt I was just going in to complain about shit in my life but we werent coming up with any practical solutions for them.
