I have experienced anxiety since I was a kid.
Treatments
- Breathing Exercises Somewhat Helpful
- It helps when I remember to breathe...lol...sometimes during intense panicking I forget about this...
- Lexapro Somewhat Helpful
- I liked this drug in the beginning, but it had sexual side effects.
- Paxil Working / Worked
- It works quite well for depression/anxiety...and side effects are minimal....I just tend to sleep a lot...
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- I've read The Secret and found it inspirational, but it tends to wear off...also Joyce Meyer is very inspirational as well....
