About Me
I'm a officer in the Air Force living with AD since 2006. I like to stay busy, but I'm having to learn some tough lessons about how to balance my energy. It's tough balancing all the demands of my life; family, career, furthering my education, fitness. Changes in routine are proving to be a challenge; it's taken me about 2 months to find the right work/commute/homework/life balance. I've decided to finally get empowered living with this disease, and I'm working on starting a regional AD support group.
