i have been in pain for a long time now..all over, plus arthritis in the knees, neck and back..I dont take meds very good as they give me worse headaches..Currently i am just taking aleve, for my knees, and supplments..I would like to get to know some other people who have this condition, and what helps them..Thanks for the support...does anyone live in the stockton/sacramento ca area and know of any doctors who are familiar with fibro??

hi, i have artritis in my back and knees. my orth doc. has been telling me for 4 years to walk, but i have agorphobia, and i am too scared to go out alone. i have ask a couple ppl i know, if they wanted to walk and they didn't. now i have gained almost 40 pounds, and i am so digusted with myself. i do take percocet 10 mg. for pain. anymore my back hurts everyday, but when it rains, i can't get out of bed, just to go into the bathroom is an ordeal, oh well, so what else is new. take care everyone
