I, too, have a family issue involving a daughter-in-law who is a manipulator - has caused an estrangement between our son and us.

- helped a great deal to be in a Survivor's of Suicide support group
- Talking Working / Worked
- I talk to everyone about it. I stress the importance of getting help for depression, or Post Traumatic Syndrome. Talking always helps me.
- Writing Working / Worked
- Kept a journal while dealing with the anger portion of the grief cycle
- Prozac Working / Worked
- When my daughter died I went into a deep depression and finally got on medication almost 2 years later. I had been on several antidepressants until I finally got on Prozac which seems to be working the best.
