It's a little tough being alone after being used to someone always being there but you can do it. It took me a while to get comfortable being on my own but once you do it's like you've jumped over a big hurdle.

- was in this for 3 years but he was not invested in changing his behavior

- I forgave him over & over but finally had to leave.

- i left him & took my daughter. he used my history of depression & anxiety due to his abuse to take her from me. Trying to get her back
- Music Working / Worked
- listen to music everyday that makes me feel empowered. also taking piano lessons. I took for 2 years as a kid but quit.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- i have a psychiatrist & a psychotherapist. they are both helping me through & documenting that I am not crazy.
- Reading Working / Worked
- now I am reading lots of fiction which I have always loved to do. also reading Codependant No More & the Power of Now. those two books make me cry but its supposed to be good for me.
