About Me
I am 61 years old, marriedd with 6 children and 12 grandchildren. I live near Annapolis, MD. I still work as Director of Case Management in a Baltimore hospital. When I was 17 I had my first son. Since I wasn't married my parents made me surrender him to adoption. I found him in 1990.

Hi Margy,
I know what you mean. I think after awhile we all slow down in keeping in touch. We all have so much on our plates, the chemo, family, work and so on makes it hard to keep up. I'm trying to do better about keeping in touch with everyone. I care very much, and hopefuly everyone knows that, including you!! I'm glad to hear things are going ok. I am feeling a lot better this week. My mood is better after these shots I got for my bone marrow, only it makes my bones hurt, but that is why someone made pain killers!! Well I hope your having a great week so far.

Close Ovarian Cancer
I just found out last night that I "very, very likely" have ovarian cancer. The GI doctor found it on a CT that I had for symptoms - abdominal pain, bleeding with bowel movements. I also have a lack of appetite. I am really scared. I go to the gyn oncologist tomorrow morning.
Close Cervical Cancer
I am newly diagnosed with cervical cancer.
