JUST THOUGHT I WOULD POST A HEADS UP. I AM STILL NOT SMOKING AT ALL. PLUSS I AM ALSO STILL NICOTINE FREE. NO LOZENGERS.NO NICOTINE WHATSOEVER NOW HOW ABOUT THAT.WELL LET MEE GO CONTINIUE DOING WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING. GOT TO CATCH UP ON A NUMBER OF THINGS.
