Close Depression

I have been here before but it has been a long time. Some people will know who i am when they read my journal.The depression is worse than ever.

Treatments

Cymbalta Working / Worked

I quit taking it cause it just didn't work for me.

Seroquel Working / Worked

It really helps a lot but sometimes i get carried away with it when i am very depressed or anxious.

Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful

My hubby has major depression all i can say is that we are there for each other. We can relate to one another.

Writing Somewhat Helpful

Instead of yelling or just going off on someone i just write down what i would want to say to that certain person and that lets me get it out.
