I suck at updating
I feel great now!
L3/L4/L5/S1 herniated disc surgery on L4/L5 recently I currently live right outside Boston, Massachusetts, United States. I am a student at Fitchburg State College in Central Mass. I am studying Human Services. I love traveling when I have time off and money haha. I lived in England for a semester and attended LMU. I would say I traveled more that studied. I love llamas, coloring, traveling, sightseeing and having a good time. I am easy going.

I feel great now!
This past month has been crazy, I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while!
My back is getting a LOT better! The sharp pains down the leg …
It has been a week since surgery and I feel like I can move around a little better! The pain is still strong and annoying, but movement is good!
keep it up how are you doing?
I'm sending chicken soup. It's comforting, good for you and yummy. Have a good day.
Hope you are doing better. Have a good day.
Hey! How's your back doing? Do you have any specific questions/concerns you're going to ask your doctor about on Friday? It always helps if you have it written down, especially on post surgery meds, so if you think something is abnormal write it down and bring it with you! Just a lil tid bit of info to help you get answers if you have any!
Hope you are feeling better.
I have had a bad back for about 5 and a half years now. I have L3/L4/L5/S1 buldging. I was snowboarding, at night, down a hill and a snowmobile came around a corner that i didn't see untill it was too late. My back was half run over. Doctors were surprised I lived and can walk.
