      Herniated/extrusion at L4-L5

      Treatments

      Heat Working / Worked
      Helps for a little bit.
      Ibuprofen Not Working
      worked for a little while, but now it doesn't
      Physical Therapy Working / Worked
      It has helped a lot with pain issues, now looking for something to help the disc get some height back and to help heal it as much as I can.
