Close Rheumatoid Arthritis

I've worn out family and friends with my daily saga of what's gone wrong now! Every test and doctor visit adds to the list. I need someone else who is going through this disease too.

Treatments

Celebrex Working / Worked

I fold up like a cheap lawn chair without it.

Folic Acid Too Soon to Tell

I am taking this with iron because of anemia. The blood work will tell.

Methotrexate Not Working

Felt great but I developed a peppery rash and stomach distress.

Plaquenil Not Working

I took this years ago when first diagnosed with Sjogrens but don't remember what happened.

Prednisone Working / Worked

This helped but my doctor didn't want me to stay on it. I have osteoporosis now and it isn't good for that condition.

Remicade Not Working

I developed a head tremor and had high blood pressure.

Rituxan Somewhat Helpful

Depends on what you look at. My white blood count dropped and my CPR but no relief for pain.

Tylenol Working / Worked

It takes the edge off when I am really struggling.

Azathioprine Working / Worked

It felt great for the first few weeks but then I began vomiting it up shortly after taking it. So sad!
