I love yoga, I 'm an Artist and writer, a Vegetarian, spiritual. I have 4 children and 2 grand children I have a bunch of stuff going on the you can see it in my profile. I am a fairly positve person, I see the world as a beautiful place and I am blessed to be in it. My goal is to be healthy in mind body and spirit. I been fine had my brothers here from NJ and my older brother Donald gave us the swine flu my mom got it and I and my brother Dave are carriers. I got on new medication Vimpat gave me migraines, nausea, headaches numbness in the jaw and tongue and caused more seizures, so I got off it without my doctors permission.
I doing better just on phenobarbitol, keppra, zonegran and topamax. -

I have bipolar, I am at the moment a rapid cycler lol trying to get steady on my own and doing really well.

- I write all the time when I am on a down it helps to get it all out it silences the depth of what is going on, gets it out. I will later read it and am surprised at where I was at , so its cathartic. Then when I am on a high I write to stop the chaos it will quieten it all down, get it out. it helps. I will get euphoric sometimes and to write it down it much better than acting on it.

- yes it was great If you liked being sick in bed for 1 day a week, but I did get 6 good days. I cant take it any more it was wrecking my liver.

- yes it worked, my eyes now have plaquing so I can't take it

- Yes this was good. I has ITP diagnosed befor the Lupus so was on this drug fro 17 years, I had a split pelvis from picking up the washing baskey, broke my skafoid from opening a door and dislocated a shoulder picking up a chair, and then broke a foot walking in a door, all in 2 years!! so I was taken off that it lol
