Nov 14 fish oil kicked in again and Im up and running .dont forget your fish oil ,never underestimate the power of omega 3s on the brain.All i can say to a person who claims it doesnt work is,"Ajust your dose ,you need more.and dont forget it doesnt metabolise correctly with out folic acid !!!"
