Oct 24 Two days into the diet I recieved from daisyduke,Its the same as the  diet Ive been on for my coitis  its a diet of

 Fresh fruit and vegitables, lean meats and whole wheat grains except its come to my attention that 2 years ago I started to use suger and salt.a Major No no on this diet.Im replacing suger with Xylo-sweet an natural suger that occurs in corn and birchbark,and avoiding salt .Ive also learned from daisys diet to increase celery intake and grapefruit  in my diet.Also I was pleased to find dasiys diet included one of my grandmothers favorite cures applecider vinegar which I will also be adding.Her diet also recommends no dairy ,this might not be to good as far as calicium needs of the body are concerned I am not comfortable taking a calciam supplement I have read to much negitive information on that and it is recomended calciam be injested from food for safty reasons. Ill be researching this a little more.And of of course last but not least.water lots of water.Also at this time I have have decied to reduce my caffeen in take.so as my brother likes to say,"Let the games begain!!!!!!!!!!!!!" 

OCTOBER 24 latter the same day,CALCIAM RESEARCH has claimed calciam helps weight loss.Its also needed for older woman of whos ranks I be.recommended intake for a 51 yearold woman is 1200 mg a day .Alcohol is known to reduce its absorbtion (lol bummer)

Non fat dairy products contain as much calciam as regular products.Recommends using calciam enriched products such as calciam enriched orange juice .Hum wonder if it comes in grapefruit.another good sorce is sardines Yeah I love them.some vegs have it kale, spinch broccoli and chinese cabbage but not as absorbable to the body.Yogert being the hightest food product to carry calciam followed by sardines yeah.calciam is a helpl in reducing cancer and nonmalignant tumors but too much can cause prostrate trouble and kidney stones .

    This all sounds great. Balanced eating isn't a diet, it's a way of life. I think this is just like Health Canada Food Guide...you can do it!

    Its a diet Windy. It restricts some things and adds others .Now lets see if it works.todays weigh in is at,,,150 lbs and away we go.

    Watch out for your prostate!! LOL!! I have a very difficult time making changes in my diet...very stubborn, I'm afraid. It's easier for me, if I make one change at a time, and get used to that. I don't know if that would help, but it works for me.
    Way to go!!!! :)
