that's great you are trying some new stuff. Especially if you are seeing a dr. and taking other meds, be sure your dr. knows what else you are taking....st. John's acts like a mild tricyclic antidepressant (so it also could trigger mania) and if you are taking another antidepressant, it could interfere with it. L-Tyrrosine, I heard something about a long time ago, some kind of unfavorable reaction that can happen...so especially that one, you might want to do some research first, so you know what to watch out for. I'd like to know if, and how well, these work for you. I think you can get all that stuff at Wal-Mart, if there's one near you.
