Oct 15 Heres the deal this is whats been working for me.

 

1)limit processed food.eat whole foods

2)drink fresh spring water,unfiltered right out of the mountain.

3)Get exersise,walk ,stack wood,use the stairs anything just keep the body moving.

4)keep a regular sleep and wake cycle.

5)take 3000 mg of fish oil also folic acid so the fish oil metableizes and is absorded into the body,B complex for energy ,E and C for natural brain repair

6)avoid negitivity people,places things and idias

7)PURSUE positive people places, things and idias

8)make time for fun and creativity

9)belief in God love for God and a willingness to strive to follow his 10 comandments and words of Jesus.accepting my imperfections,forgiving myself and placing them in the past  yet constantly striving to do better.

10)respondsabilty for my own thoughts ,correcting and monitoring my own thoughts day by day hour by hour it take s effort but energy well spent contibuting to a health brain.

Coping skill for depression,

1) mentally, repeat over and over ,"Everything changes, what is true at the moment of depression might not be true in the next hour or the next year.Life is a progression,let it progress."

2)Physically, get the body moving ,engage in some sort of physical activity.
