I just wanted to let you know that if you can control bp with meds and then ad exercise, diet, sleep, being outdoors and including the things you like to do in life, living is great.
I'm not balanced all the time and have some small mood swings, but after 17 years since being diagnosed, I haven't had a serious depression in 5 years. It took that long because I failed to comply with meds. Life is great now.
Wishing you well.l Hold onto that good mood and keep moving forward towards healing. Don't look for downslides. Always look for the good. I believe that we receive what we put out with our thoughts.
