aug 27,reinjuryed my already injuryed neck vollentering at the nurseing home trying to help a resident ,guess id better rethink working.I was only vollenteering to help in activitys to entertain them ,but how do you say no when they need help,I guess you say,hold on let me get a Nurses Aid.Ohhhhh how did I get so physically useless,the car accident and bad genes I guess.Now that If got the bipolar under control the physical body is gonna hold me back with bulging disks from the car accident on a already arthritic spine and a little fibermyalgia and colitis to weaken me .Oh well such is life at least I can walk.

Rambler-I used to work at as a nurse in a nursing home. I loved the old folks. Hurt my back after 2 years and worked another 2 before the pain put me down and out for a while. I still have trouble, but for most part I am back in effect lol. Take care.
