Close Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis

I have just been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and my specialists suggest I stay off further medication to see if I get another flare up. My dietitian suggest I cut all veggies, meat, fruit and cereals and reintroduce one a day. I have been on this elimination diet for less than a week and are already suffering from constipation and discomfort in the site of the disease.

Was on Asacol for three months while I had the flareup.

Cant tell which of the medications I used helped

Prednisone Working / Worked

Used it for one month whilest in hospital with the flare up
