      i am a scalp puller from past 22 years. I am tryin hard to resist ... by making little changes in routine. .. but need lot of support and constant push / inpirstion.... but overall sufferrering from depression because of this condition and cannot share ....... Trying to cope with stress .. it feels nice that we have support groups avaialble.
