I know its hard, Don't let your son's behavior dictate your moods and your happiness. Sometimes, we just have to decide whether the pain is worth it.
No excuse for his behavior towards you. It''s a boundary he should not cross.
In the end, he will regret it more than you. Do something for yourself today.

My ex-husband(addict), and now my son ( who is 25, and was in Iraq, has 2 sons, my grandbabies.....He's working his program, and I'm working mine now. And whatever he choses to do is up to him, I'll always love him, cause he's my son,, but I refuse to worry about him anymore!!!!! I just want to be a Grandmother to my grandsons that I love, and miss dearly!!!!!..
