  Hey Sparrow! Good to hear from you!!!! I haven't been around DS much lately either...I find it can hinder my healing some days.
  So good to hear you are doing well. You sound so much more optomistic now...I am truely happy for you. It is a long hard process, isn't it? I found my worst months came well after I found out. But, I have been doing alright. Last week was hard. Nov 2nd is my "Dday"...it came and went, then hit me a week later. I have way more good days than bad, so that is pretty good! ;)
  
  It's so good hearing from you, I was just wondering how you and your wife were a couple of days ago! Let me know if you need anything...and Sparrow, if your wife ever needs a person to talk to, I would be more than willing to try to help her out. I think you mentioned she is not on DS, but if there is anyway she would like to chat, I would love to help!

  Hi Sparrow! I have been doing alright today, thanks.
  Good to hear you got your book. It is a little dated, but had some very good info. I believe it's based on the program for alcohols, but tweeked a bit for other situations. I hope you can find some answers from it!
  How have things been going for you? I hope they are going well. I know it's a tough process, but it does get easier. Hang in there and take care...to both of you!

  Yes sparrow...it is day by day! I have a lot of healing to do yet, but am willing. My situation is quite a bit different from yours...it envolves about 6 1/2 years of lies...the first years of our marriage. So, it does take it's toll on me, but today, I thank God for a beautiful sunny day, healthy children, the house over my head...all the good things I can think of. Take Care! Let me know if you get a copy of that book...it really did help both my H and I!
