I suffer from major anxiety and am having a difficult time.

- Ativan Working / Worked
- Not good for long time use. Very helpful to help me sleep.
- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
- Effective if you are calm and patient which I am not.

- Klonopin Working / Worked
- Very effective; however your body builds up a tolerance quickly and you need to increase dosage frequently. Makes you tired and when your body adapts to the drug it can cause anxiety if you don't increase dosage. Loved it! Now I want off because it's not good to increase forever.
- Paxil Working / Worked
- Weight gain, sexual side effects. Felt numb to the world. Didn't feel therefore no anxiety. Lack of emotion....
- Xanax Not Working
- Didn't work for me.
- Zoloft Somewhat Helpful
- Weight gain.
