  So sorry to hear about your injury. I did the same type of injury early this spring. It was quite painful for a couple of days but then it healed thankfully. So happy I didn't have to have surgery. It was good to hear from you I was a bit down today. I had gone to the shelter to help and found a sweet girl cat that I was going to adopt who needed surgery on her leg. Today I contacted surgeons and did some research only to find out someone had adopted her today. She had been in the shelter since April. I am happy she found a home, but I had fallen a bit in love with her already. We thought we would do our homework before adopting her... oh well. Perhaps it was not meant to be.
