I smoked for 14 years, then quit March 1, 2008.
I quit smoking in the beginning of March, and I started walking to relieve stress and get some exercise. Then I started a running plan to get me and my lungs back in shape. Goal: Run a 5k.
I recently hit 150 after a 5 lbs increase over 2 weeks. My goal weight is 120 or lower.
My sister-in-law hung herself in Sept. Now an investigation is being carried out to see if she was actually murdered.
Where to start? Started reporting at 16, and after 8 years and Hurricane Katrina, I was very burned out. I had been a health reporter and always felt at home in the hospital. So I decided to switch to nursing. I take boards March 12, 2009.
I was diagnosed bipolar in 2001, and never had symptoms of anxiety. But I started having anxiety attacks after I got diagnosed with seizures in 2006. Just found out that that's what my psychiatrist was calling these panic moments...
