  Just a hello to let you know I hope you are well. Clarke says Hi! to Sadie. We are grocery shopping today. Missed my psych appt last week. I hate that; my doctor was sick. I'll see him Thursday. Been having health problems and seeing the doctor on Tuesday thank God. I've been really struggling.

  Hope you had a good day :)We're in a winter storm. I had to drive all in it. Thank God I didn't wreck. Bored with cooking right now. Changed mind about haunted house because of PTSD. Nice idea though.

  It was my fault for using my full name. Thank you for doing that though. Now I can get off showing up under google. It is cold here today but sunny. We are thinking about walking clarke later. I found out there was some trouble with my blood work and I have to go back to the doctor for B-12 shots and to monitor my glucose levels and I'm anemic. Since I'm showing anemia I went ahead and scheduled an appt. with a G.I. doctor to make sure my colitis is in check. We're going to a haunted house Friday night. I'm so excited. Turkey burgers and tater tots for dinner. I just love tater tots. I remember getting them at Sonic as a kid with a corn dog. Friday I'm going to make scary deviled eggs. Hugs!
