      Counting Calories Too Soon to Tell
      Herbalife Working / Worked
      Its great but I travelled extensively when I was using it and didn't manage to stay focused
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      The problem was my diet - the workouts were great and I could see changes but not significant because of the diet
      Xenical Working / Worked
      This is excellent but again - the diet is critical
