Thank you Taelon. I figured that is what is must be for. This whole ordeal, only 10 weeks now I think, has seemed an eternity with all these questions and answers and discussions and confusion. My husband got the referral to the urologist to put the gold seeds in, but not until later next month. We have just one urologist in town. We could go to the next town but right now our vehicles are kind of not running too well so it will keep. The oncologist says not to worry as he has plenty of time for treatment. I just don't know if I will survive husbands endless questions and yapping about it. I know he is worried, I am too, but no sense in getting your panties in a bunch over things that take time. Mind you, this is a man who kept putting off doing the lab work, rescheduling drs appt and now all of a sudden he is Johnny on the spot. LOL I could cheerfully throttle him. Right now we need to get either my van (850 worth of work) or the truck (possibly a fuel pump) back on the road. i can only drive about 3 miles before the water/antifreeze is almost out. I go out at night or early when it is cool, getting boringgggggg here. Thanks again, I will explain this to husband. I wish he would get on this and read the discussions and write himself but no, but if this was the Home Depot site he would be here in a flash LOL
Thank you Taelon. I have gotten so many responses ranging from "do what you feel best" to "do not do anything yet, it is early...yadda yadda." Well it is early and that is why we want something done now...not wait. I think my husband may have more side effects as he is older, in not tip top shape so I see if anything, fatigue being the biggie. Oh well, Wed we will most likley make up our minds at the oncologists office, we have talked this thing to death (pardon THAT expression). Time to move on, get 'er done and go on and get well. Take care
Good luck to you - things will get better and you seem really onto things. Chin up and take care of yourself Cheers M
