Hi! I see youre new here. Im 19 (almost 20) and have been dealing with the whole bipolar thing since i was 15 or 16 (of course there were symptoms before that but thats when I was medicated and diagnosed). How old is your son? What meds has he tried? What are his cycles like?

Hello...I saw your post and had to reply b/c my grandson 15 is also diagnosed and my daughter has 3 other children as well. They are all younger and she is also going through a nasty divorce from his step father. When he was younger he was diagnosed with ADHD and now this. It's so hard to not let it effect the whole family. He is now taking BP meds 3 different RX and we have seen an improvement, things were really bad before. I wish you the best of luck with your son....I can so relate to your fear and feelings. lol
