Close Heart Attack
32 days of pain, ignored by 2 doctors. MI, angioplasty with stent and turned out back to the world..back to normal life. Now what?

- Im still here so I believe it is working just fine. Bruising is an issue. Apparently will be on it for life.

Hi, I had my MI on Dec 1 2006. It was pretty scary. Had a stent put in, and will need another one in the future. At times I feel alone with all the medical talk. The cholesterol thing drives me crazy. Even how it is tracked is different. I see numbers like 120 and mine is measured at 2.4. I am confused and need more motivation. Cardio Rehab was not for me. The one here was geared to older men and wasn't really appropriate for women under the age of 60 let alone under the age of 50.
