with my eyes closed
Let not the rising sun wake me
please do not disturb
Let me dream my life
the real world does not interest me
Let me dream my death
just let me, never wake me.
Because awake,
The world seems so cold
and her sapphire eyes…. chills me
In my dreams
I love her and she loves me
We can lie on sandy beaches
gaze upon god's flawless firmament
and I can hold her hand.
Watch her hair blend into the sand.
I can kiss her gently, her lips so warm,
Sit next to her in a bed of flora
laugh, talk, and become lost in her eyes
without fear of never being found
Let me stay in this bed
the world outside does not expect me
and my heart does not cease to love her
Let me sleep forever...
