- Works but hard to decide when enough is enough and the need to move
- Chiropractic Adjustment Working / Worked
- Did not work highly ineffective and caused more pain in different places. would not try again

- Use it all the time and is my mainstay treatment WORKS
- Ibuprofen Working / Worked

- Naproxen Working / Worked

Open Degenerative Disc Disease
Because I have DDD apparently and noticed on scans tha t I have facet joints with minor degenerative changes. But this pain I feel is not real because the "doctor" told me so. It is just in my head and feeling like vomiting because the pain that stems from my head not my back is imagined. Colapsing in a heap and crying is a mental problem not a disc that has ruptured problem. Having no space and bony growths on my spine is just all a part of life apparently. Seems I am in good company here :)
